The E-Hauler™ Pulk System is designed to help you take full advantage of foot travel on the ice. Superior to a classic tow rope setup, this system is less stress on the arms and body, and keeps your hands free—great for early ice use with a spud bar.
Fiberglass poles connect you directly to the sled via waistbelt, and these rigid poles are meant to maintain distance. This prevents the sled from taking off on you when walking down steep slopes or over ridges, so you don’t get knocked over by your own gear. The threaded poles easily break down for storage, but connect in seconds for use, with wire lock pins that connect them to an included mounting plate for your sled.
The generously padded waistbelt provides comfort on longer portages, and offers multiple attachment points for the poles. This allows you to distribute the load properly and use your body as pulling leverage, which helps minimize fatigue. For any walk-out trip, this system provides a safe, easy, and convenient way to travel on-foot while pulling your sled.
